A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Aug. 11-17. Nancy Corkum and Stacey Vinson, of Palm Coast, sold 24 San Marco Court to Jacob Diem and Connie Bridge, of Palm Coast, for $1,200,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, fireplace, swimming pool and 3,717 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $960,000.
Palm Coast
Daniel Dvorchak and Vicki Hollingsworth, of Bonita Springs, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer to Joseph and Barbara Chavara, of Palm Coast, for $974,500. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,690 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,210,000.
Michael Chiumento, as trustee, sold 35 Riverview Bend S. to Elliott and Susan Moeser, of Glendale, Wisconsin, for $290,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,007 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $290,000.

Dale and Randal Steinman, of Kansas, sold 2930 Forest Park St. to Thomas Losoncy, of Bunnell, for $95,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,809 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $70,000.

Barbara Lindsay and John Darzen, of Deerfield Beach, sold 4 Westfield Place to Daniel and Ibeth Preysz, of Palm Coast, for $174,900. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,959 square feet.
Grand Haven
Intervest Consulting Services Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 52 Scarlet Oak Circle to Michael and Susan Holzem, of Palm Coast, for $573,820. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,969 square feet.
Harry and Gay Hasty, of Palm Coast, sold 86 Lagare St. to Trevor and Hailey League, of Palm Coast, for $380,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,827 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $339,000.
Abdul and Caroline Vanjaria, of Palm Coast, sold 97 Waterside Parkway West to Brett and Christine Hanson, of Manhattan, Kansas, for $208,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,758 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $200,000.

Nancy and Jeffrey Sacchet, and Dora Sacchet, sold 18 Lakeside Place W. to Guillermo and Martha Carrion, of Palm Coast, for $271,500. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,373 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $190,000.

Grzegorz Twarowski, of Sarasota, sold 35 Rybark Lane to Lillawatee and Ryan Ganesh, and Malynda Ganesh, of Ontario, for $159,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,012 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $251,200.

507 CB Lane LLC, of Ponte Vedra, sold 507 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Kevin Halter, of Ashland, Kentucky, for $705,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,260 square feet.
