A house in Ormond Lakes was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Aug. 7-13 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Robert Ledbetter, of Daytona Beach, sold 26 Rocky Bluff Drive to Dorin and Cristiana Andreescu, of West Bloomfield, Minnesota, for $460,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,234 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $625,000.
Ormond Beach
Regina Deiparine, of Ormond Beach, sold 102 Pine Tree Drive to ThomasFlynn and Kristen Myerscough, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1979, the house has a guest house, three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,452 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $83,000.
Stephen Stershic, of Ormond Beach, sold 1117 Parkside Drive to Stephen and Laraine Burns, of Ormond Beach, for $227,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,810 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $143,000.
St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1505 Springleaf Drive to Lindsay Primarolo and Jeremy Thiess, of Ormond Beach, for $198,935. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,520 square feet.
Chase and Nicole Upson, of Ormond Beach, sold 81 Grey Dapple Way to Dominic Lubosch, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $157,500.
Darrell Albright, of Ormond Beach, sold 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 213, to Scott and Cherie Middleton, of Fleming Island, for $169,500. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 960 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $117,000.
Mary Sicilian, of Ormond Beach, sold 90 Sylvania Place to Frederick Lukens and Charles Daniel, of Kunkletown, Pennsylvania, for $165,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths 816 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $143,500.
Douglas Martin, of Franklin, North Carolina, sold 115 Bonita Place to Donald and Paula Seebold, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $125,000.
Steven Kendrath, of DeLand, sold 1721 Hope Drive to Christopher Mock, of Ormond Beach, for $126,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,258 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $70,000.

Dixie Simmons, of Port Orange, sold 110 Hidden Hills Drive to Jacqueline Contois, of Ormond Beach, for $267,500. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,135 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $247,000.

Kenneth and Melinda Chapman, of Ormond Beach, sold 26 Foxfield Look to Thomas and Kathlyn Kavala, of Ormond Beach, for $247,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,839 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $206,000.
Vanessa Lewis, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Levee Lane to Chase and Nicole Upson, of Ormond Beach, for $239,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,233 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $200,000.

Robert and Lauren Cannon, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, sold 23 Blockhouse Court to Godfrey Hilado, of Ormond Beach, for $254,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,231 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $202,900.

James Patterson Jr. and Joyce Melzer, individually and as trustees, sold 2810 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 6, to Taylor Mahan, and Timothy and Susan Mahan, of Ormond Beach, for $158,500. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $69,000.
