A house on the Intracoastal Waterway was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Aug. 18-24. Elizabeth Neale and Austin Brockenbrough, as trustees, sold 191 Island Estates Parkway to Jonathan and Stephanie Lizotte, of Palm Coast, for $1,900,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat house, boat dock and 5,372 square feet.

Richard and Perri Brandon, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Cameo Court to John Goebel and Joann Silva, of Palm Coast, for $317,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, boat dock, boat lift, swimming pool and 2,351 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $354,000.
Tolly Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 800 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 815, to Susan Sedlak, trustee, for $295,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $299,000.
John Unger, of Palm Coast, sold 39 Ryecroft Lane to Rimma and Oleg Troyansky, of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, for $148,600. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,420 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $140,600.
Betty Reid, of Ontario, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 738 N, to Brian and Jennifer Chapman, of St. Johns, for $140,000. Built in 2004, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $160,000.
