A condo in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Aug. 14-20 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Richard and Donna Reichow, of Newbury, sold 1075 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 601, to Darryl Diamond, as trustee, for $550,000. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,243 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $475,000.

Billy and Carole Terry, individually and as trustees, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 209, to Barbara Peerless and Michael Hoskins, of Honolulu, for $430,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,050 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $410,000.
Anthony and Sandra Tomasello, of Ormond Beach, sold 302 Sanchez Ave. to Leo and Joanna Caplette, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,646 square feet.
Warren and Carol Kumm, of Daytona Beach, sold 1 Walnut Circle to Jonathan and Darcie Rittenour, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,038 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $177,500.
Jill and Matthew Bosang, and Eugene Picaut, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Greenvale Drive to Jack and Diana Canterbury, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,138 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $182,500.
