A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea on the Intracoastal Waterway was the top real estate sales transaction for March 5-11 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Mish and Gaas LLC, of Orlando, sold 1672 John Anderson Drive to Rosalia and Michael Pinto, of Daytona Beach, for $620,000. Built in 1955, the two-story house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 2,900 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $375,000.

Isaac and Darlene Call, of Ormond Beach, sold 21 Talaquah Blvd. to Mark Webb, of Ormond Beach, for $325,500. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,433 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $294,500.
Margaret Belich, individually and as trustee, sold 7 Aucuba Circle to Wallace and Barbara Neumann, of Ormond Beach, for $222,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,919 square feet.
Paul and Jillian Realty, LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 232 Arlington Way to Michael and Tracy Masur, of Auburn, New York, for $192,000. Built in 1950, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,418 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $135,000.
Kevin and Cassandra Sullivan, of Ormond Beach, sold 1408 Golf Ave. to Steven Carbonell and Brandi England, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,317 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $131,000.
Jeremy and Lori Faiers sold 646 Flamingo Drive, Unit A, to Jana and Alex Urchuk, of DeBary, for $131,000. Built in 1947, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 798 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $110,000.
Tomoka Oakwood North Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 109, to Stephen and Jo Lynn Deal, of Ormond Beach, for $82,500. Built in 1976, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and

Helen Black, of Ormond Beach, sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 3080, to Michele DiLuciano, of Kingsport, Tennessee, for $71,000. Built in 1987, the studio unit has a foldout bed, bathroom and 297 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $41,900.

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 209 Chelsea Place to Sol Weston and Suzanne Sciancalepore, of Ormond Beach, for $323,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,051 square feet.

Jaris Hammond, of McCordsville, Indiana, Wayne Standley, of Paris, France, and Sloane Standley, of Evansville, Indiana, as individuals, sold 1 Sandpoint Circle to Steven and Kristy Wise, of Ormond Beach, for a total of $232,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,875 square feet.

Karen Shook, of Pittsburgh, sold 529 Aldenham Lane to Lorene Hunter, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2003, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,921 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $239,000.

Otto and Kathleen Hoover sold 35 Plaza Drive to Kitty Hairfield, as trustee, for $235,000. Built in 1967, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,297 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $215,000.
Jeffrey Baker, of Clarendon, Pennsylvania, sold 31 Sea Harbor Drive to Peter and Marla Doheny, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,748 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $169,000.
Kenneth and Martha Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Dunes Circle to Cathy Moody, of Ormond Beach, for $219,500. Built in 1963, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,675 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $243,700.
Peter and Barbara Loiacono, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 River Shore Drive to Martha Hebert, of Vernon Rockville, Connecticut, for $180,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $122,500.
