The top seller for the week of March 2-8 is in the Shelter Cove subdivision. Nikki Norman, individually and as trustee, sold 85 Hidden Cove to David Hoyte and Regina Greenwood, of Fort Lauderdale, for $810,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an elevator and 4,147 square feet.
Condos
James Davis, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, sold 130 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1601, to Kenneth and Ursula Kemp, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,014 square feet.
John and Sarah Ezzell, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 210, to Jessica and Timothy Walters, of Brandon, for $322,500. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $314,900.
Gordon and Nancy McDonald, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 3580 Ocean Shore Blvd. S., Unit 403, to Thomas and Jennifer Hall, of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, for $305,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $220,000.
