A riverfront house was the top real estate sales transaction for March 12-18 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Glenn and Amelia Gottlieb, of Ormond Beach, sold 718 Riverside Drive to Thomas Seale IV, of Ormond Beach, for $675,000. Built in 1966, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 1,858 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $295,000.

Karl and Ellen Tozzi, of Ormond Beach, sold 180 Ann Rustin Drive to Jeffrey and Sarah Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1969, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,545 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $350,000.
Walton Cox, of Deleon Springs, sold 24 Carrington Lane to David and Michele Austin, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $299,999. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,945 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $215,000.
Ian McCaskill, individually and as trustee, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit E020, to Gerard and Madonna Reda, of Ormond Beach, and Michael and Mary Reda, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, for $255,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $124,000.

R. Morris and Patricia Thomas, of Cumming, Georgia, sold 53 Loyola Drive to Chris and Lyndsey Henion, of Ormond Beach, for $172,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $80,750.
Anne Arnett, of Arlington, Virginia, sold 1215 Parkside Drive to Gilberto Caquias-Gonzalez, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,500 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $54,900.

Jane Meyers, individually and as trustee, sold 170 Limewood Place, Unit 2, to Susan and Earl Gentile, of Ormond Beach, for $113,500. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,262 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $53,500.
