The top seller for the week of March 9-15 is a house on the Matanzas River in the Island Estates neighborhood. Herbert and Patricia Ligon sold 74 Island Estates Parkway to Mark and Carla King, of Palm Coast, for $1,025,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a boat dock, boat house, swimming pool, fireplace and 4,586 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $1,330,000.
Condos
Richard and Barbara Cooledge, individually and as trustees, sold 15 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 2201, to Elizabeth Thomas, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,387 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $340,500.
William and Dawn Magee, of Palm Coast, sold 95 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1414, to Salvador and Virginia Repollet, of Palm Coast, for $208,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,586 square feet.
Jeanne Harkins, individually and as trustee, sold 78 Lake Forest Place, Unit 78, to Raymond and Kristine Stein, of Hyde Park, New York, for $160,000. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,295 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $118,000.
