A beachside house on the river was the top real estate sales transaction for March 19-25 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. John Revilock and Anne Jennings, of Ormond Beach, sold 886 Riverside Drive to Kevin Wakefield, of Ormond Beach, for $825,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,571 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $450,000.
Ormond Beach
Mary Walke, of Holly Hill, sold 124 S. Beach St. to Aman Sukhija and Leslie VanWinkle-Sukhija, of Ormond Beach, for $399,900. Built in 1951, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,101 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $370,000.
Leon and Lynn Lyon, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 201, to John Sposato, of Weatherly, Pennsylvania, for $245,000. Built in 1982, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,082 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $210,000.
Patrick Ossmer, of Daytona Beach, sold 1243 Riverbreeze Blvd. to Robin Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,254 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $179,900.
Teich Holdings Group LLC and RHOJO of Ormond LLC sold 780 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Gary and Pamela Mann, and Ryan Mann, of Ormond Beach, for $201,825. Built in 1951, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,760 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $80,000.
St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1441 Springleaf Drive to Gary and Karen Ostrowski, of Ormond Beach, for $201,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,582 square feet.
Virginia Burton, of Bessemer, Alabama, sold 28 Park Ridge Way to Kevin and Donna Boyd, of Coeymans, New York, for $182,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,584 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $105,890.
Carroll Fisher III, as trustee, sold 1213 Riverbreeze Blvd. to Kristen Abel, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,206 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $57,000.
Stephen, Gregory and George Carter, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 44 Tomoka Ave. to Gary Ostrowski, of Ormond Beach, for $159,900. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,707 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $24,500.
Lloyd Limited, of Port Orange, sold 45 Putnam Ave. to James Hartsell, of Ormond Beach, for $144,000. Built in 1968, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,001 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $204,000.
Chelsea Place
The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, sold 412 Chelsea Place Ave. to Paul and Mary Schudel, of Ormond Beach, for $266,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,906 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $390,000.
Coquina Point
Sarah Smiley, individually and as trustee, sold 56 Coquina Point Drive to Gregory and Elsie Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,241 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $214,000.
Halifax Plantation
Glenn and Deby Morin, of Ormond Beach, sold 1125 Glengad Run to Vance and Ngaio Carlisle, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 2000, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $153,000.
Hunter’s Ridge
Marc Bambino, of Tequesta, sold 22 Laurel Ridge Break to Glennon and Patricia Hendrix, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,829 square feet.
Plantation Bay
Bonda Garrison, of Ormond Beach, sold 1092 Hampstead Lane to Daniel and Lynn L. Simpson, of Briarcliff Manor, New York, for $565,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,702 square feet.

Timothy and Stephanie Thomas sold 51 Choctaw Trail to Shawn Flaherty, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,354 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $130,000.
Tomoka Oaks
Tony and Sharen Turner sold 45 Oakmont Circle to Barry and Joanne Zinn, of Ormond Beach, for $309,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,146 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $265,000.
Trails North 40
Peter Gold, of Port Orange, sold 159 Deer Lake Circle to Rusty Culler, of Ormond Beach, for $203,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,864 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $260,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Lloyd and Beverly Lomer sold 138 Pierside Drive to Patricia Haley, of Ormond Beach, for $244,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,543 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $320,000.
Colleen Fisher, of Flagler Beach, sold 35 San Jose Drive to John and Barbara Markham, of Ormond Beach, for $239,500. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,208 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $180,000.
Joseph and Patricia DiSimone, of DeLand, sold 16 W. Sea Harbor Drive to Amanda and Thomas Cobb, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,848 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $72,000.
Thomas and Mary Keane, of Jacksonville, sold 2294 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 201, to Michael and Danielle Fugate, of Saint Johns, for $210,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $128,000.
Ronald and Iris Pugh sold 16 Hibiscus Drive to Jason Patrick, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 931 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $87,500.
Daniela Cataudella and Julia Cataudella Nijmeh, of Ontario, sold 3370 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1070, to Douglass and Linda Medina, of Hackettstown, New Jersey, for $172,000. Built in 1987, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths 1,275 square feet.
Preston and Kathy Wilcox, of Flagler Beach, sold 37 Palm Drive to Juana Darce, of Summerfield, for $160,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $133,000.
