A house on the Halifax River with nearly one acre of land was the top real estate sales transaction for March 26 through April 1 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Bruce and Patricia Teeters, of Ormond Beach, sold 567 N. Beach St. to Eugene Moriarty and Courtney Hyatt-Moriarty, of Ormond Beach, for $2,450,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house, five-car garage and 6,270 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $2,096,000.

Nelson Stuart III and Pamela Grammer sold 4 Acacia Court to Lorne Marandino, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,372 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $22,500.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 155 River Manor Lane to Jonathan Coston and Beverly Ramsey, of Ormond Beach, for $269,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,420 square feet.
Lloyd Limited, of Port Orange, sold 3 Bayberry Drive to Robert and Melissa Burns, of Ormond Beach, for $228,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,190 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $180,000.
Lloyd Limited, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Southern Pine Trail to Patricia and Christopher Hopkins, of Ormond Beach, for $214,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,267 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $118,000.
St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1440 Springleaf Drive to Deborah Roy, of Ormond Beach, for $209,700. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,665 square feet.
Linda Burton sold 1413 Springleaf Drive to Linda Heverin, of Ormond Beach, for $195,500. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $151,000.
Michael and Tabitha Lejeune, of Ormond Beach, sold 1308 Overbrook Drive to Caleb Allen, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,617 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $128,000.
Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 35 Parkview Lane to Linda Dean, of Ormond Beach, for $164,900. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,647 square feet.
Rickey and Geraldine Westfall, of Ormond Beach, sold 116 Fairwood Circle to Frank and Gay Iocco, as trustees, for $145,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $189,900.

Jop Tannous and Gisele Khawand, of Ormond Beach, sold 148 Black Hickory Way to Steven and Candace Kraus, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,983 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $272,500.
Coquina Point
Sarah Smiley, individually and as trustee, sold 56 Coquina Point Drive to Gregory and Elsie Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,241 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $214,000.
Halifax Plantation
Barbara Miller, of Sun City West, Arizona, sold 3328 Newbliss Circle to Gary and Rebecca Casteel, of Morgantown, West Virginia, for $220,000. Built in 1996, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,700 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $196,000.

KB Home Jacksonville LLC sold 113 Pergola Place to Nicholas Liso, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,983 square feet.
Plantation Bay
Saied Zamiri, of Ormond Beach, sold 1221 Castlehawk Lane to Larry and Caryn Smith, of Sugar Hill, Georgia, for $585,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,950 square feet.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 780 Aldenham Lane to Eileen Brant, of Ormond Beach, for $224,347. Built in 2017, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 796 Aldenham Lane to Terry and Sandra Shockley, as trustees, for $222,040. Built in 2016, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Emin Cay, of Ormond Beach, sold 3080 John Anderson Drive to William Peiffer, as trustee, for $465,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,688 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $165,100.
Patricia Paige, of Shenango, New York, sold 114 Sandpiper Ridge Drive to Antonio and Virginia Guiab, of Ormond Beach, for $262,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,292 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $110,000.
Acquisition Realty Investment LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 57 Sunny Shore Drive to Donald and Brenda Purstell, of Lake Mary, for $215,500. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,244 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $132,500.
Norma Bartholomew, as trustee, and Russell Bartholomew, of Lakeville, Connecticut, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 704, to Carmen and Cathy Dolese, of Jefferson, Georgia, for $205,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,225 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $69,000.
Bradley Farmer, of Truckee, California, sold 40 Brooks Drive to Patricia Lickey, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1951, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 528 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $47,000.
Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 132 Beau Rivage Drive to Erica Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $67,000.
Wolfgang Streit, of Alachua, sold 169 Roberta Road to Four Corners Diversified Group Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $131,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 951 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $96,000.
Nawal Benrouayene, of Quebec, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 92, to Michael and Susana Velez, of Yalaha, for $87,500. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,252 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $191,000.
