A house in The Trails was the top real estate sales transaction for July 2-8 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. James and Rachel Hulyk, of St. Augustine, sold 8 Shawnee Trail to Dennis Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $511,000. Built in 1978, the house has six bedrooms, 6.5 baths, two fireplaces and 4,218 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $183,000.
Ormond Beach
Derek and Catherine Toms, of Daytona Beach, sold 5 Walnut Court to David Shearman, of Ormond Beach, for $317,000. Built in 1985, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,110 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $210,000.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 140 River Manor Lane to Shawn Fisher, of Ormond Beach, for $254,997. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,108 square feet.
Ken and Christine Kimble, of Ormond Beach, sold 1316 Overbrook Drive to James and Teressa McGhee, of Ormond Beach, for $236,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,772 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $215,000.
Keith Gledden, of England, sold 388 N. Halifax Drive to Jessi and Brian McClary, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,639 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $160,000.
Amy and Joshua Ruland, of Round Rock, Texas, sold 175 Ormond Parkway to Kyle Gaffney, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,895 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $184,000.
Overbrook Investments LLC sold 91Hickory Hills Circle to Ian Gordon and Cassandra Barnes, of Ormond Beach, for $177,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,418 square feet. It sold in February for $126,500.
Stephanie Monica, of Winter Springs, sold 779 S. Ridgewood Ave. to LaDeana and Adam Kaye, of Ormond Beach, for $174,300. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,472 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $82,000.
Imtiaz Mohamed and Arshia Khan sold 186 Rockefeller Drive to Duane and Joy Skage, of Winter Park, for $162,500. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,002 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $150,000.
George Koller and Donald Griffith, of Ormond Beach, sold 71 Cardinal Drive, Unit B, to Susan and Scott Combs, of Monroe, Ohio, for $146,500. Built in 1947, the villa has two bedrooms, one bath and 656 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $107,000.
Yolonda Moore, of Orlando, sold 1 Glen Arbor Park to Joan Waite, of Ormond Beach, for $117,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,496 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $140,000.
Breakaway Trails
Helen Boase, individually and as trustee, sold 105 Shadow Creek Way to Clarence and Stephanie Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $272,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,696 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $166,000.
Halifax Plantation
Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3129 Bailey Ann Drive to Dennis and Karen Hilson, of Ormond Beach, for $239,718. Built in 2016, the villa has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet.
Mary McGuinness, of Ormond Beach, sold 1457 Carlow Circle to Adam and Sandra Cecchini, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $177,000.
The Trails
Jessica and Timothy Harper, of Ormond Beach, sold 127 Pine Cone Trail to Nancy Hoppe, of Ormond Beach, for $159,900. Built in 1977, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $94,000.
Dominick Marino, of Washingtonville, New York, sold 3 Timberline Trail, Unit C, to Vatche Tavitian and Knarik Tunyan, of River Vale, New Jersey, for $105,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,391 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $80,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Jerry and Cheri Ballard, of Crestview, sold 114 Avalon Drive to Charlene Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 2001, the house has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,936 square feet.
Robert Heberlein, of Ormond Beach, sold 29 Silk Oaks Drive to John and Shari Papanicolas, of La Plata, Maryland, for $250,000. Built in 1972, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,419 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $165,000.
Timothy and Marilyn Tomlinson, and Robert and Terry Bourque sold 7 W. Sea Harbor Drive to Elaine Sipe, as trustee, for $225,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,378 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $100,000.
Nathan and Christina Sutfin sold 1137 John Anderson Drive to Brett and Karen Valentine, of Gainesville, for $218,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,508 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $152,750.
Leona Weeks, of Flagler Beach, sold 130 Beau Rivage Drive to Tonya and Randy Cain, of Ormond Beach, for $217,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,507 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $126,000.
Livia and Thorarinn Stefansson, individually and as trustee, sold 8 San Jose Circle to Jonathan Kersten, of Smyrna, Georgia, for $195,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,527 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $64,000.
John and Roxinia Snyder, of Ormond Beach, sold 34 Seacrest Drive to Ruben and Cynthia Savala, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 800 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $130,000.
Shanan and Jocelyn Mazelow, of Ormond Beach, sold 2780 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 7S, to Monica Berns-Conner, of Bloomfield, New Jersey, for $152,500. Built in 1968, the condo has two bedrooms, one bath and 837 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $55,000.
Ronald and Edith MacGregor, and Ronald MacGregor, sold 1510 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 406, to Shannon Newman and Rachel Cockerill, and Mary Cockerill, of Clermont, for $85,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $170,000.
