A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate sales transaction for July 9-15 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Harry Grant, of Athens, Greece, sold 327 N. Beach St. to Jau Land LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $510,000. Built in 1950, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,197 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $125,000.
Ormond Beach
Alisha and Adam Price, of Sherburne, New York, sold 95 Hollow Branch Crossing to Mark McKinney and Virginia Jones-McKinney, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,903 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $109,500.
Sharon Moseman, Christopher Egan, Leslie Hoplight and Lauri Mills sold 157 Valencia Drive to Titus and Natalie Blair, of Ormond Beach, for $215,900. Built in 1951, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,752 square feet. A guest house is included.
Yuling Cui, of Vernon Hills, Illinois, sold 265 Amberwood Court to Michael and Elizabeth Sypian, of Ormond Beach, for $197,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,246 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $268,000.
Jackie and Brenda Branstetter, of Deer Lodge, Tennessee, sold 22 Park Terrace to Patrick and Nancy Gould, of Ormond Beach, for $163,900. Built in 1985, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,477 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $125,000.
Breakaway Trails
I. Warren and Patricia Hersch, of Spring Hill, sold 79 Black Hickory Way to Mark Ralph, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,373 square feet.
Halifax Plantation
Kathryn Hildebrandt, of Palm Coast, sold 3245 Tralee Drive to Roland and Carol Burk, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,894 square feet.
Michelle Eden, of Oceanside, California, sold 4155 Sanora Lane to Mary and Ralph Salemme, of East Haven, Connecticut, for $253,500. Built in 1993, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,710 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $247,000.
Plantation Bay
Susan Blonski, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, sold 1010 Kilkenny Lane to Randy and Judith Rahbar, as trustees, for $212,000. Built in 2014, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $180,900.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 738 Aldenham Lane to Gary and Julie Wanhala, and Jacalyn Bendorf, of Ormond Beach, for $199,900. Built in 2017, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.
The Trails
Ann Milano sold 40 Wildwood Trail to Wilford Ware, of Ormond Beach, for $194,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,115 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $84,000.
Tomoka Estates
Daniel Carlin, of Ormond Beach, sold 984 Shockney Drive to Bradlee and Shawn Carman, of Ormond Beach, for $369,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock and 2,202 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $300,000.
Tomoka Meadows
Maureen Fitzpatrick, of Ormond Beach, sold 88 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Christopher Day, of Ormond Beach, for $75,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 875 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $48,500.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Dollie Orr, of Ormond Beach, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2A1, to John and Carolyn Hewitt, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1984, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,853 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $220,000.
Robert Davis sold 25 Dolphin Ave. to Robert and Siobhan Warsinske, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $70,000.
Jerome and Mary Michelsen, of Louisville, Kentucky, sold 2294 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1050, to James and Karen Witemyre, of Covington, Kentucky, for $205,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $240,000.
Manuel Levine, individually and as trustee, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1040, to Billy Shannon and Carol Hamlin, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $205,000.

Virginia Flositz and Linda Flositz Howard, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, sold 2470 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1080, to Stephen and Carrie Guth, of Jacksonville, for $173,000. Built in 1998, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 980 square feet.
