A house on the beach was the top seller for the week of July 6-12. Kokomo Holdings LLC sold 3319 Ocean Shore Blvd. N. to Eric and Shannon Johannessen, of Winter Park, for $957,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 2,252 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $775,000.
Condos
Millan Baidya and Saroj Khurana-Baidya, of Naperville, Illinois, sold 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 933, to John Robinson, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $375,000.
Paul and Yvonne Bick, of Pine Beach, New Jersey, sold 55 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2031, to Laurie Kopet, of Norwalk, Connecticut, for $175,000. Built in 2007, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $115,000.
Eleanor Parodi, of Troy, New York, sold 17 Mid Oaks Circle, Unit 17, to Seta Smith, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $62,500.

Warren and Kathryn Hoffman, of Satsuma, sold 212 Parkview Drive to James and Jeannie Freeman, of Palm Coast, for $182,500. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,893 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $151,500.

Anthony and Denise Mills, of Flagler Beach, sold 17 Hanover Drive to Leonard Webb Jr. and Roy Nipcon for $415,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,302 square feet.
Grand Haven
Peter and Elaine Worsfold, of Palm Coast, sold 24 Tanglewood Court to Frederick P. and Kisha Griffiths, and Frederick L. Griffiths, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,858 square feet.

Joseph Pippen Jr., as representative, sold 9 Via Capri to Emil and Deborah Kiss, of Middleburg, for $215,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,921 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $210,000.

John and Pamela Mitchell, of Ontario, sold 110 Cimmaron Drive to Robert Idzior, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock and 2,588 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $460,500.
