Details: The free workout is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-10 a.m. through Sept. 8. Bring your baby/toddler/preschooler for an interactive workout for the family. Details: On the second and fourth Saturdays every month, local musicians gather for a Gamble Jam. In remembrance of James Gamble Rogers IV, a renowned folk singer, entertainer and storyteller, musicians of all levels are encouraged to gather with their own instruments to join the circle for a casual acoustic jam session. Instruments of all types are welcome, but there is no power at the Cedar Pavilion.

Details: ElderSource will hold a Senior Focus Group at Palm Coast City Hall to discuss the development of more programs for seniors in Flagler County, as well as the function of an expanded community center. As Palm Coast plans for a new facility, the City Council is seeking feedback, questions and commentary from the community. Those who are unable to attend the meeting, but would like to submit comments, can email [email protected], and the comments will be shared at the meeting.

Where: Matanzas High School Pirate Theater, 3535 N. Old Kings Road
Details: Music will range from classical to religious, featuring vocalist Kassy Eugene and maestro violinist Jose Curbelo. The concert is sponsored by the Blessed Hope Seniors Association of the Palm Coast Seventh-day Adventist Church. Tickets are available at the door: $20 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under. Money raised from tickets will help fundraise for scholarships.
