A house on the beachside was the top real estate sales transaction for July 16-22 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Whitney Shoemaker sold 520 John Anderson Drive to Dexter Homes LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $1,050,000. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two fireplaces and 2,635 square feet. It sold in 2013 for the same amount.
Ormond Beach
Glen and Sharon Urquhart, of Ormond Beach, sold 3600 Rodeo Acres Drive to Jeffrey and Jamie Hawkins, of Port Orange, for $335,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet. A barn is included.
James and Angela Elizey, of Ormond Beach, sold 116 Hilldale Ave. to Susan Guerdon, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,588 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $210,150.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 254 River Vale Lane to Randall and Melody Cunningham, of Ormond Beach, for $267,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,106 square feet.
William and Wanda Martin, of Lehigh Acres, sold 777 Riverside Drive to Christopher Secosky and Jessica Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $249,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,272 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $112,900.
Charles and Sandra Kangas, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Laurel Oaks Circle to Brandon Carroll and Cori Hilt, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $125,398.
John and Susan Feyrer, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, sold 1 Mimosa Trail to Jennifer and Christopher Swink, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,852 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $152,700.
Donald and Barbara Gammon, and Darlinda Copeland, of Ormond Beach, sold 190 Limewood Place, Unit 2, to Jan Adams, of Ormond Beach, for $118,000. Built in 1987, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,164 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $90,000.

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 316 Chesham St. to William Ferguson, of Ormond Beach, for $384,873. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,825 square feet.
Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as trustee, sold 416 Chelsea Place Ave. to Breckenridge Property Fund 2016 LLC for $203,700. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,993 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $375,100.
Creekside
Harry and Margaret Franz, of Calverton, New York, sold 135 Creek Forest Lane to Hitesh and Jalpa Patel, of Piscataway, New Jersey, for $280,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,879 square feet.
Coquina Point
Gary and Patricia Dubnicek, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Sandpoint Circle to Franklin and Betty Colburn, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,110 square feet.
Halifax Plantation
Robert and Greer Zielsdorf, of Ormond Beach, sold 1520 Kilrush Drive to Warren and Anita Margulies, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,798 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $332,000.
James and Carla Christianson, of Ormond Beach, sold 4138 Salina Lane to Elizabeth King, of Ormond Beach, for $381,507. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,600 square feet.
Robert and Phyllis DeLaurentis, of Jackson, New Jersey, sold 3116 Inishmore Drive to Robert and Claudia Dutkiewicz, of Ormond Beach, for $274,900. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,141 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $218,400.
Ormond Lakes
Linda and Johnny Rex, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Indianhead Drive to Glenn Mueller, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,040 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $218,000.
Plantation Bay
Equity Trust Company, as custodian, sold 1228 Harwick Lane to James and Janice Gibson, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,096 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $253,500.
Kenneth and Melinda Chapman, of Ormond Beach, sold 911 Woodstream Lane to Elaine Rizzo, of Ormond Beach, for $236,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,929 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $195,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Gerald and Lisa Zavota, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Sea Gull Drive to Susan Munas, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,441 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $250,000.
Bella Bear Properties Inc., of Lake Helen, sold 1551 John Anderson Drive to Allison Bennett, of London, England, for $315,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,835 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $259,000.
Alfred Baldwin, of Ormond Beach, sold 3401 John Anderson Drive to Stephen and Victoria Martin, of Parker, Colorado, for $270,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,604 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $205,000.
Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 35 Sand Dollar Drive to Zakhariy Tsikhotakiy, of Chicopee, Massachusetts, for $210,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,524 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $124,000.
Starr Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 Palmetto Drive to Kevin Berry and David Canelas, of Gainesville, for $165,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 700 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $129,000.
Housing of Urban Development, of Atlanta, sold 54 Ocean Shore Drive to Kenneth Sayre, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $110,000.
