The top selling residence for July 16-22 in Port Orange is in the Waters Edge neighborhood. Willis Walter Jr. and Alexis Brooks-Walter, of Midlothian, Virginia, sold 6704 Merryvale Lane to Anthony and Karyn Leonardi, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $475,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,315 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $470,000.
Ashton Lakes
Richard and Andrea Davis sold 6198 Quail Ridge Drive to Kenneth and Karen Bradley, of Port Orange, for $272,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,072 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $265,000.

Timothy and Tara Heard sold 252 N. Brighton Drive to Jennifer Leyden and Luke Blank, of Port Orange, for $210,000. Built in 1976, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,887 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $196,000.

Oscar and Ruth Davis, of Port Orange, sold 1883 Cody Court to Michael and Joan Mitrione, as trustees, for $267,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,177 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $332,000.

Shawn and Nidia Doherty, of Ormond Beach, sold 1435 Chamale Lane to Justyna and Jeovanny Safadi, of Port Orange, for $151,900. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,002 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $85,000.
