An oceanfront house was the top seller for the week of July 13-19 in Flagler County. Tallie Linse and Lori Infantino, individually and as trustees, sold 3365 Ocean Shore Blvd. N. to Kim Simpson, as trustee, for $725,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,128 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $463,800.
Condos
Christopher and Donna Otto, individually and as trustees, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 408, to Waclaw Blaszko, individually and as trustee, for $380,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1 million.
Robert and Marianne Tomei, of Manhassett, New York, sold 45 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1946, to Myles and Dina Campbell, of The Villages, for $300,500. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,007 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $548,900.
Christopher and Maria McDermott, of Woodbury, New York, sold 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 943, to Arlin and Beverly Owen, of Acworth, Georgia, for $240,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $299,900.
