A house on the beach was the top real estate sales transaction for July 23-29 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Bradley Danyluk and Christopher Grace, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 339 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Alvin and Kimberly Hansard, of Ormond Beach, for $1,525,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,278 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $1,330,000.
Ormond Beach
Roy and Roberta Jazowski, of Ormond Beach, sold 838 Buena Vista Ave. to Carl and Cheryl Leo, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1923, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,738 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $265,000.
Ray and Patrice Stoves, of Ormond Beach, sold 25 Carrington Lane to James and Lori Goodale, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,505 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $238,000.
Gail Iwans, individually and as trustee, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1402, to Steven and Adrienne Rashbaum, of Coral Springs, for $280,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $108,000.
Gregory Perpetua, of Ormond Beach, sold 600 Andrews St. to Ineldo O’Reilly, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,647 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $69,900.
Ernest and Nancy Williams, of Linn, Missouri, sold 81 Hollow Branch Crossing to Linh Le, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,840 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $158,000.
Christopher and Jacqueline Griese, of Ormond Beach, sold 335 Bent Creek Lane to Nelson and Antonia Torres, of Ormond Beach, for $198,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,936 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $91,000.
Reuven Cohen and Helayne Schreiber, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Soco Trail to Lori Young, of Ormond Beach, for $179,900. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,439 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $127,000.
Steven Cyr, of Daytona Beach, sold 614 N. Yonge St. to Gail and Jack Klingenberger, of Ormond Beach, for $157,500. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $78,500.
Thomas and Francine MacDonald, of Ormond Beach, sold 86 S. Capri Drive to Laurie Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $116,500. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,572 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $63,500.
Richard Runfola, of Ormond Beach, sold 17 Fair Oaks Circle to Brandon Beer, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,339 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $55,500.
Halifax Plantation
Andrew and Claire Lehfonen, of Cayuga, New York, sold 3035 Glin Circle to James and Carla Christianson, of Ormond Beach, for $203,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $177,000.
Oak Forest
Rickey and Geraldine Westfall, of DeLand, sold 4 Larisa Terrace to John Jaje, of Ormond Beach, for $234,900. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $225,000.
Kenneth and Andrea Morville, of Staten Island, New York, sold 1533 Poplar Drive to Freda Gallian, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,725 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $175,000.
Ormond Lakes
10 Moonglow LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Moonglow Drive to Sonya Olson, of Jupiter, for $235,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet.
Plantation Bay
Mario Shortino, of Summerfield, sold 403 Long Cove Road to Timothy and Doreen Rush, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,591 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $216,500.
Tomoka Oaks
Carolyn Lespi, of Ormond Beach, sold 35 Pebble Beach Drive to Trung and Thuy Phan, of Sunnyvale, California, for $405,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 2,409 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $160,000.
Donald and Mary Hermann, of Ormond Beach, sold 312 River Bluff Drive to Billy and Julie Duke, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1980, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two fireplaces, a boat dock, swimming pool and 4,250 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $163,000.

Michael and Jean Luddeni, individually and as trustees, sold 230 Deer Lake Circle to Charles and Cheryl Brill, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1987, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,874 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $180,000.

Mary Stowell, of Sylvia, North Carolina, sold 47 Palmetto Drive to Alexandria Remey, of Ormond Beach, for $216,200. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two fireplaces and 1,266 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $150,000.
Charles and Shelley Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Essex Drive to Michael and Deborah Salvi, of Clermont, for $215,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 792 square feet. It sold in March for $155,000.
William and Jennifer DiPaula, of Fleming Island, sold 2750 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 43, to Byrd’s Nest Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $153,057. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $160,000.
John Laranko, of Daytona Beach, sold 2 Beechwood Drive to Gregory Lower, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,525 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $111,000.
Thomas and Jo-Ellen Bosket, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 Hibiscus Drive to Shmily LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $91,900.
