A house in the Tomoka Farms neighborhood was the top real estate transaction for July 23-29 in Port Orange. Theresa Baugh-Zalich, and David and Marie Baugh, of Port Orange, sold 2420 Old Samsula Road to Wilson and Davenne Henriques, of Port Orange, for $440,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2,184 square feet and includes a barn.
Condominiums
Matthew Zietlow sold 3606 S. Peninsula Drive, Unit 306, to Linda McDaniel, of Port Orange, for $147,000. Built in 1974, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 964 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $134,000.
Not in Subdivision
Lee and Jamie Stewart, and Kimberly and Gary Nelon, of Port Orange, sold 100 Talo Circle to Theresa Baugh, of Port Orange, for $262,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $275,000.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 5285 Bear Corn Run to Chad and Rebecca Smith, of Port Orange, for $258,999. Built in 2017, the house has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,601 square feet.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 5284 Bear Corn Run to John Jackim and Adrienne Hornback, of Port Orange, for $241,490. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,828 square feet.

David Haberman sold 5190 Westridge Ave. to Elizabeth and Jason Scavilla, of Ormond Beach, for $85,000. Built in 1982, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 912 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $40,000.

CastleRock 2017 LLC, of White Plains, New York, sold 112 Aloha Terrace to John and Linda Anderson, of New Smyrna Beach, for $29,000. Built in 1975, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $43,500.

Tabitha Burnard and Tiffany Travis, of Port Orange, sold 3651 Old Hammock Road to Thomas and Nancy Roberts, of Athens, Georgia, for $168,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,342 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $138,500.

Bruce and Karen Weatherhead, of Venice, sold 1949 Yellowfin Drive to Michele and David Brown, of Port Orange, for $150,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,405 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $157,600.

Ann Malo, individually and as trustee, sold 912 Fruitwood Place to Ravi and Janelle Sookoo, of Port Orange, for $235,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,172 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $99,800.

Glenn and Nancy Smith, of Port Orange, sold 6495 Longlake Drive to Peter and Mary Weisbruch, of Port Orange, for $322,500. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,064 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $372,000.
Sherry Lipp, as trustee, sold 1219 Siesta Key Circle to Brenda Hawkins, of Port Orange, for $285,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,378 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $252,000.

Mark and Jonelle Ritchie, of Rolesville, North Carolina, sold 5459 Carmody Lake Drive to Steven Malvey, of Port Orange, for $335,000. Built in 2004, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,476 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $300,000.
