Two men were arrested after allegedly exposing themselves to undercover deputies on Friday, Aug. 25, according to an arrest reports released by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.
Based on the complaint of an anonymous citizen, the county’s Special Investigation Unit conducted a sting operation in the Graham Swamp Preserve, located at 1125 N. Old Kings Road.
Scott May, a 53-year-old resident of Palm Coast, and Melton Tucker, a 65-year-old native of Erwin, Tennessee, were arrested after exposing themselves to undercover deputies, according to the reports.
May was arrested at about 10:41 a.m., and Tucker was arrested at about 12:51 p.m.
The two men were charged with performing unnatural and lascivious acts and exposure of sexual organs, and each incident was recorded with a covert camera, according to the reports.
They were taken to the Flagler County Detention Facility without incident.
