A house in Spruce Creek Fly-In was the top real estate transaction for July 30 through Aug. 5 in Port Orange. Daniel and Barbara Funk, as trustees, sold 1808 Chandelle Court to Walter and Bonnie Reddel, of Port Orange, for $900,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, three fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,188 square feet. The property includes an airplane hangar.
Condominiums
Robert Vaughan, as representative, sold 940 Village Trail, Unit 6-111, to Michael and Mary Waudby, of Selbyville, Delaware, for $140,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,162 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $227,900.
Samuel Woodson sold 940 Village Trail, Unit 9-305, to Alan and Suzanne Craik, of Clarence Center, New York, for $88,500. Built in 2003, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 719 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $130,900.
Bentwood
Jamesyn LLC sold 6013 Park Ridge Drive to Kevin and Catherine Roberts, of Port Orange, for $635,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,484 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $525,000.
Coquina Cove
Joseph and Christina Call, of Port Orange, sold 1941 Cove Point Road to Gerard Laffan, of Bridgewater, New Jersey, for $235,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,198 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $279,300.
James Conrad, of Port Orange, sold 5327 Cordgrass Bend Lane to Jerrid and John Chambers, of Port Orange, for $190,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,345 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $156,500.

Janice and Jason Ramos, of Port Orange, sold 911 Countryside W Blvd. to Jordan and Sandra Alexander, of Port Orange, for $254,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,991 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $214,500.

John Witcher, of Merritt Island, sold 6277 Paradise Island Court to John and Sherry McHugh, of Port Orange, for $255,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,465 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $183,500.

Timothy Elder sold 1395 Deer Springs Road to Taylor Keener, of Port Orange, for $98,000. Built in 1990, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,152 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $89,900.
Forest Lake Preserve
David Chaiffetz and Michelle Davidson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1853 Beth Court to Edward Hall, of Port Orange, for $275,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,272 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $268,000.
Laurelwood
Kendra Amerantes, of Orlando, and Edward Amerantes, of Coventry, Rhode Island, sold 714 Fieldstone Ave. to Alberta Pate, of Louisville, Kentucky, for $99,000. Built in 1981, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $58,000.
Norwood
Bonnylin Green and David Bird, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 5100 Riverside Drive to Lois Loesch, as trustee, for $800,000. Built in 1924, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 2,683 square feet. A separate apartment is included.

Anand and Shalini Kesari, of Ocala, sold 6056 Sabal Hammock Circle to Sylvia and Salvatore Battiato, of Port Orange, for $420,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,196 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $505,000.

Merri Smith, of Port Orange, sold 1898 Sea Grape Way, Unit 49, to John Barron, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1982, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,379 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $119,000.

Jay Lovett, individually and as trustee, sold 698 Branch Drive to Catherine Patterson, of Port Orange, for $223,900. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,776 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $155,000.

Steven Baker, of South Daytona, sold 4190 Mayfair Lane to Amany Demyan, of Port Orange, for $399,999. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,188 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $370,000.
Donald and Phyllis Miller, of Daytona Beach, sold 4238 Mayfair Lane to John Patane III for $307,250. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,234 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $277,500.

Joseph and Gina Fiorella, of Dix Hills, New York, sold 6862 Forkmead Lane to Stephen and Jessica LaPeters, of Port Orange, for $415,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,466 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $332,000.

John and Dianne Brown sold 1749 Arash Circle to Peo Peo LLC, of Daytona Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,132 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $182,295.
