On Wednesday, Dec. 6, the Port Orange South Daytona Chamber of Commerce had a twofold event to name the new officers and present graduates from the Leadership program.
Both Chamber officers and the board of directors were sworn in during the luncheon, which is held annually.
James Young was sworn in as the incoming 2018 Chamber board chairman and will be taking over the title from Brian Toung. Young is a board certified chiropractic physician and the owner of Port Orange Chiropractic and Oncology Supportive Care.
This year, Tony Tucci was named Business Person of the Year and Special Projects Chair Ann Pintiliano, who was named Ambassador of the Year.
Erin Toung was named Friend of the Chamber.
The new Board of Directors members include Jessica Blumenfeld, Palmer College of Chiropractic, Basilia Brown, Vystar Credit Union, and Colin Gray, Anchor Certified Planners Group.
