Peter and Georgianne Pillsbury, of Oregon House, California, sold 11 Coquina Ridge Way to Beverley Darroch and Markcus Moore, of Ormond Beach. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,723 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $390,000.

William and Nancy Stephens sold 251 Barrel Turn Lane to Gary and Kyung Branham, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,240 square feet.
Clive Charest, of Coventry, Rhode Island, sold 85 Saddlers Run to Nader Haghighat and Suzette Kazzi, of Ormond Beach, for $278,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,251 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $257,500.
Harold and Carol Donovan, of Rockland, Massachusetts, sold 43 Sounders Trail Circle to Eric and Robin Sanchez, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,702 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $265,000.

Michele Perez, of Mooresville, North Carolina, sold 3167 Kailiani Court to Patti Whitman, of St. Augustine, for $202,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $187,000.

Timothy and Stacy Weeks, of Ormond Beach, sold 577 Aldenham Lane to Daniel and Robin Carr, of Greenup, Illinois, for $320,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,766 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $249,900.
Janet Byrne, individually and as trustee, sold 1133 Hansberry Court to Joan Faris, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,308 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $225,000.

Bonnie Babbitt, as trustee, sold 6 S. Sea Island Drive to Karl Mandarano and Gianoula Kastis, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,578 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $125,000.
