A house with a four-bay garage was the top real estate sales transaction for Jan. 15-21 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Gary and Barbara Courtney, of St. Augustine, sold 142 S. Old Kings Road to John and Roxinia Snyder, of Ormond Beach, for $685,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,935 square feet. The sale included an adjacent lot.
Burdette and Starla Townsend, of Ormond Beach, sold 260 Golden Saddle Lane to Lynn and William Faro, of Inlet, New York, for $560,000. Built in 1996, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 4,166 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $322,000.
William and Janet Lampley, individually and as trustees, sold 401 John Anderson Drive to Sean Ryan, of DeLand, for $287,500. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,373 square feet.
James and Monica Sicilian, of Bayside, New York, sold 140 Greenbriar Ave. to Danny Diveley and Tammy Myers, of Norfolk, Virginia, for $179,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,472 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $118,000.
Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 75 Lincoln Ave. to Randall and Zoe Hendrix, of Ormond Beach, for $179,000. Built in 1900, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,188 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $8,000.
Wells Fargo Bank, of Frederick, Maryland, sold 85 Hidden Hills Drive to Michael Herrmann and Karen Bloch, of Ormond Beach, for $157,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,728 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $99,500.
Dennis and Debra Johnson, of Englewood, sold 4 Creeksbridge Court to Jessica Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $158,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $90,000.
Robert and Deanna McGrath, of Ormond Beach, sold 72 Rockefeller Drive to Circle 5 Builders LLC, of Southlake, Texas, for $157,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,462 square feet. It sold in 1975 for $41,5000.
Ruth Haeseker, of Ormond Beach, sold 61 Oak Ave. to Anastassios Kiriakes, of Holly Hill, for $151,000. Built In 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,438 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $70,722.
Norris Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 234 Grove St. to David Baudhuin, of Ormond Beach, for $118,000. Built in 1951, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,394 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $77,000.
Constance Pearce, of Lynbrook, New York, sold 36 Arbor Lake Park to Rosa Smith, of Winnepeg, for $111,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,496 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $62,000.
Melodie Winans, of Daytona Beach, sold 197 Live Oak Ave. to Laurel and Mark Baker, and Alden Hames, of Ormond Beach, for $101,500. Built in 1947, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,064 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $86,500.
Gary and Elizabeth Moothart, of Ormond Beach, sold 1304 Mandan Lane to Daniel and Lynnann Carlson, of Wasilla, Alaska, for $392,500. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,448 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $295,000.
Fretwell Construction Co., of Ormond Beach, sold 34 Thornhill Chase Circle to Gary and Elizabeth Moothart, ofOrmond Beach, for $329,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,228 square feet.
VB Acquisition LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 1010 Hampstead Lane to Morteza Hosseini-Kargar and Forough Hosseini, of Daytona Beach, for $415,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,608 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $298,780.
Enterprise Hospitality Development LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1281 Harwick Lane to Nicole Pemberton-Thomas and Arthur and Cheryl Olson, of Ormond Beach, for $255,500. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,044 square feet.
Karen Shanahan, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Meadowmist Court to Randall Page, of Londonderry, New Hampshire, for $310,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,399 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $193,105.
Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, sold 34 Iroquois Trail to Jason and Michelle Edwards, of Ormond Beach, for $325,900. Built in 1978, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,596 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $210,000.
Paul Duffett, as representative, sold 42 Tomoka Meadows Blvd., Unit 42, to Adam and Dana Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $80,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $73,000.
Kate Holcomb, of Orond Beach, sold 1 La Costa Court to Christopher and Melodye Dunlop, of Ormond Beach, for $267,500. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,075 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $222,200.
Dorothy Jaglowski, of Ormond Beach, sold 220 Sagebrush Trail to Glenn Morin and Deby Larrimore-Morin, of Ormond Beach, for $174,900. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,743 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $178,000.

Bank of America, of Houston, sold 1245 Riverbreeze Blvd. to Glenn Pellerin, of Ormond Beach, for $147,000. Built in 1958, the house ha s two bedrooms, one bath and 826 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $55,200.
