A house in Island Estates was the top real estate transaction for Dec. 8 to Jan. 18. Victor and Svetlana Adamovich, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Island Estates Parkway to Constance Wolfson, as trustee, for $1,400,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, three half-baths, a swimming pool, fireplace, boat dock, elevator, boat house and 4,884 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $1,150,000.
Hammock Dunes
The top seller for the week of Jan. 12-18 was a condo with 3,068 square feet of living space. Carol Tenley, individually and as trustee, and Ronald Leaton, of Lewisville, Texas, sold 15 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 2602, for $750,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It sold in 2013 for $549,000.
Ross Patten, of Palm Coast, sold 35 Casa Bella Circle to Mark Kelly, of Newnan, Georgia, for $435,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,463 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $435,000.
George and Alison Gerencser, of Gainesville, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer to Leo and Sandra Rubner, of St. Augustine, for $295,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $362,500.

Jerry and Mary Phillips, of Belleville, Illinois, sold 5 Kingfisher Lane to Gene and Christine Viviano, of Jacksonville, for $615,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,894 square feet.
A condominium in Hammock Dunes was the top seller for the week of Dec. 8-14. Claude and Malissa Hearn, of Winter Haven, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer to Gregory and Patricia Rose, of Palm Coast, for $600,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $500,000.
