The top real estate transaction for Nov. 3 through Jan. 18 in The Trails went for $345,000. Robert and Joann Jocz, of Clifton, Virginia, sold 107 Shady Branch Trail to Richard and Nadine Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1980, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,106 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $194,900.
Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, sold 34 Iroquois Trail to Jason and Michelle Edwards, of Ormond Beach, for $325,900. Built in 1978, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,596 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $210,000.
James and Florence McNelly, of Daytona Beach, sold 16 Twelve Oaks Drive to Julie Oliver and William Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,708 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $217,500.
Aaron and Amanda Arrasmith, of Maysville, Kentucky, sold 5 Autumnwood Trail to Kelly Brooks, of Ormond Beach, for $174,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $155,000.
