Joseph and Jolynn Durrance, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Cliffwood Circle to Marki and Roy Hargrave, and Michael and Rachel Mergener, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,378 square feet.

Markcus Moore and Beverley Darroch, of Ormond Beach, sold 128 Oak Lane to Michael and Tabitha LeJeune, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $124,000.
