Ed Kelley swears in as county chair

The former mayor of Ormond Beach was sworn into his new office Jan. 5.

Ed Kelley has officially moved into his new office. 

The former Ormond Beach mayor was sworn in as Volusia County Council chair Jan. 5 with his wife, Mary Margaret Kelley, by his side. Kelley held the title of mayor for six years.
