A house in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for Sept. 14 to Dec. 7. Neil and Ann Marie Wein, of St. Augustine, sold 348 Ocean Crest Drive to Nancy Williams, of Alpharetta, Georgia, for $2,030,000. Built in 2016, the house has six bedrooms, 6.5 baths, swimming pool, fireplace, elevator and 5,362 square feet.
Hammock Dunes
James and Sandra Bennett, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Madeira Court to Barry Schimer, individually and as trustee, for $380,000. Built in 1993, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,020 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $265,000.
Karen Rasmussen, of Milton, Massachusetts, sold 14 Corte Del Mar to Robert and Nancy Ford, of Palm Coast, for $345,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,929 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $420,000.
Ocean Hammock
A house with four bedrooms was the top seller for the week of Nov. 10-16. Jerome and Angela Licari sold 65 Kingfisher Lane to Kenneth Teeter, of Mooresville, North Carolina, for $675,000. Built in 2010, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, swimming pool, fireplace and 3,114 square feet.
