Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and a swimming pool. It sold in 2001 for $335,000.

Ruby Conner and Robert Miodonski, of Ormond Beach, sold 901 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 208, to Thomas and Ana Brinson, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,854 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $299,000.
