A condominium in Hammock Dunes was the top seller for the week of Dec. 8-14. Claude and Malissa Hearn, of Winter Haven, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer to Gregory and Patricia Rose, of Palm Coast, for $600,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $500,000.

FDSC Properties LLC, of Huntington Station, New York, sold 39 Summerwind Circle, Unit 98, to Nicholas and Natalie Wiersma, of Springfield, Missouri, for $175,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,369 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $138,400.
Terrie Baranek, of Palm Coast, sold 58 Club House Drive, Unit 105, to Gail Neufeld, of Palm Coast, for $106,000. Built in 1977, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,127 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $87,000.
