A house on a cul-de-sac within walking distance to the beach was the top real estate sales transaction for Dec. 18-24 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. John and Colleen Timko, of Ormond Beach, sold 122 University Circle to Raymond and Judy Ferguson, of Ormond Beach, for $470,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,312 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $139,000.

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 95 Chrysanthemum Drive to James Dykstra, for $260,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,047 square feet.
John and Bonita Orlando, of Daytona Beach, sold 228 Arlington Way to Scott Snyder, of Mountain Top, Pennsylvania, for $235,000. Built in 1948, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,887 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $98,000.
U.S. Bank Trust, as trustee, sold 4 Traceway Court to Joshua and Bethany Peacock, of Ormond Beach, for $208,500. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,150 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $172,000.
Warren Anderson, of Atlanta, sold 535 Yonge St. to Donivan and Stephanie Domasky, of Ormond Beach, for $172,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,605 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $42,900.
Artur and Lidia Smietanowska, of Ormond Beach, sold 1962 Carolina Ave. to Elias and Linda Freidus, of Ormond Beach, for $127,500. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace, swimming pool and 888 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $60,300.

Tim and Mary Bultemeier, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Cantilever Court to Christopher Stefancik and Carrie Allen, of Ormond Beach, for $239,500. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,595 square feet.
Edward Turner and Sarah Kuhl, of Asheville, North Carolina, sold 60 Levee Lane to Steven Spiletic, of Ormond Beach, for $183,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,444 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $167,500.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3113 Bailey Ann Drive to Richard Preston and Judith and Judith McMaster, of Ormond Beach, for $234,185. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,695 square feet.

Nancy Vu, of Daytona Beach, sold 82 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Marcus Cunningham, of Ormond Beach, for $91,100. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $73,000.
Fifth Third Bank, of Cincinnati, Ohio, sold 54 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Robin Leoffler, of Ormond Beach, for $58,400. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, one bath and 2004 for $90,000.

Amelia Anderson, of Plainville, Connecticut, sold 200 Rio Pinar Drive to James and Catherine Calderoni, of Daytona Beach, for $268,500. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,184 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $150,000.

John and Denise Stein, of Flagler Beach, sold 123 Ocean Grove Drive to Kevin Tyrell, of Ormond Beach, for $387,500. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,196 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $332,200.
David and Donna Beecher, of Danbury, Connecticut, sold 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4030, to David and Teresa Mountford, of Gainesville, for $172,000. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 871 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $165,000.
Edwin and Anita Poole, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Camellia Drive to Alena Brunetti, of Ormond Beach, for $169,500. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 908 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $210,000.
