Victor and Svetlana Adamovich, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Island Estates Parkway to Constance Wolfson, as trustee, for $1,400,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, three half-baths, a swimming pool, fireplace, boat dock, elevator and boat house. It sold in 2011 for $1,150,000.

Roger and Caroline Miller, of Jacksonville, sold 60 Surfview Drive to Neal and Peggy Shaver, of Palm Coast, for $341,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $438,000.
Charles Pratt sold 1300 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1321, to Kathleen McEnaney, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $230,700.
