David Stratton, individually and as personal representative, sold 1813 Wiley Post Trail to John Krol and Joseph Krol Jr., of Port Orange, for $675,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, 2,549 square feet and a separate airplane hangar.

Bindi Dave, of Hillsborough, New Jersey, sold 5123 Pineland Ave. to Corin and Micah Casper, of Port Orange, for $125,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $102,500.
Ashton Lakes
Margaret Golder, of Grapevine, Texas, sold 797 Ashton Lakes to James and Margaret Greenwood, of Port Orange, for $270,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,938 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $164,000.

Douglas Wheaton and Suzanne McCormick, of Port Orange, sold 3740 Paige St. to CG Paige Street LLC, of New Smyrna Beach, for $177,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,704 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $159,000.

Ernest and Raquel Simmons, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 5997 Pelham Drive to Steven and Karen Eaton, of Sevierville, Tennessee, for $260,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,868 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $216,000.
