The top seller for the week of June 1-7 is located in Armand Beach. Michael and Margaret Mahoney, individually and as trustees, sold 21 Ocean Dune Circle to Mitchell and Elizabeth Ferguson, of Martinez, Georgia, for $1.04 million. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, dune walk, swimming pool and 2,851 square feet.
Condos
Kevin Brogan and Constance Windon-Brogan sold 3585 Central Ave. S., Unit 3585, to Charles and Gale Westfall, of Flagler Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1983, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,396 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $182,500.
Tatiana and Lazaro Betancourt, of Plymouth, Massachusetts, sold 4600 Moody Blvd., Unit 4-A, to James Schlesier, of Bunnell, for $77,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 951 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $60,000.
