The top selling residence for June 11-17 in Port Orange was a house in Spruce Creek Fly-In. Ian McCaskill, individually and as trustee, sold 2037 Country Club Drive to Claudia Spreng, of Port Orange, for $450,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,666 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $525,000.
Brandy Hills
Offshore DBS LLC, of Ponce Inlet, sold 126 Brandy Hills Drive to Brian Moore, of Port Orange, for $165,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,521 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $87,000.
Coquina Cove
Janet Sweeney sold 1937 Cove Point Road to Jay and Leah Johnston, of Port Orange, for $255,000. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,583 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $264,900.
Dennis Schubert, of Port Orange, sold 1986 Yellowfin Drive to Kody Kling and Emily McRae, of Port Orange, for $165,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,543 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $173,100.

Gerald and Michelle Peck sold 920 Countryside West Blvd. to Sukhdev Singh, of Orlando, for $300,000. Built in 1996, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,313 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $275,000.
Jian Zhang and Kin Lam, of Flushing, New York, sold 4088 Clock Tower Drive to David Crider, of Port Orange, for $212,160. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,672 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $212,000.

Mary O’Connell sold 6298 Cypress Springs Parkway to Kevin and Tyann Clouatre, of Alton, Illinois, for $238,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,803 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $125,100.
James and Marylen Hastings, of Newland, North Carolina, sold 6298 Palm Vista St. to James and Judy Mihal, of Port Orange, for $235,000. Built in 1993, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,842 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $227,900.

Darren Aliment, of Port Orange, sold 1827 Forest Preserve Blvd. to Aleisha and James Manyette, of Port Orange, for $315,788. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 2,574 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $296,000.

Richard and Isabel Whitney, of Port Orange, sold 5566 Mossy Oak Lane to Jeffrey and Tina Zaenger, of Port Orange, for $229,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,580 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $169,000.

Jenette Andersen and Daniel Fleming, of Port Orange, sold 5848 Riverside Drive to Dennis Ravi, of Port Orange, for $175,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,381 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $47,000.

Patricia Hesselbach, individually and as trustee, and Donald Hesselbach, of Seabrook, New Hampshire, sold 3170 Steamboat Ridge Road to Haitao Yan and Michael Clegg, of Port Orange, for $284,500. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,517 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $141,000.
