The top real estate sales transaction for June 11-17 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea was in Ormond-by-the-Sea. Harold and Deirdre Schultz, of Ponte Vedra, sold 172 Coquina Key Drive to David and Dina Rylander, and William and Phyllis Lindahl, of Collierville, Tennessee, for $710,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,367 square feet.

Avail 2 LLC, of Coral Gables, sold 16 N. Ravensfield Lane to Michael Kurowski, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,696 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $212,300.
Daniel and Samantha Sagardia, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Spiveys Court to Paula Steadman, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,698 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $147,500.
Jeremy and Lauren Buckmaster, of Ormond Beach, sold 185 Wilmette Ave. to Patrick and Sarah Newton, of Ormond Beach, for $172,500. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,572 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $194,000.

James and Terry Beaudry sold 547 Collins St. to Shalom and Hana Dadon, of Ormond Beach, for $37,500. Built in 1993, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 924 square feet.

Deanna Knight, of Norman, Oklahoma, sold 46 Levee Lane to Arthur and Melody Rose, of Ormond Beach, for $242,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,101 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $157,000.

Thomas and Linda Silber, of Ormond Beach, sold 134 Longwood Drive to Colleen Crandall, of Ormond Beach, for $169,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $70,225.
