A house in Island Estates was the top seller for the week of June 8-14 in Flagler County. Thomas Lanzaro, individually and as trustee, sold 124 Island Estates Parkway to Brady and Jennifer Gump, of Daytona Ohio, for $1.1 million. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,146 square feet.
Condos
Howard and Sally Broussard, of Kerrville, Texas, sold 20 Porto Mar, Unit 102, to John and Kimberly Lux, of Hilliard, Ohio, for $475,000. Built in 2004, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,150 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $795,000.
Steven and Diane Hyman, of Orange Park, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 517, to Harry and Regina Blanke, of Charleston, South Carolina, for $375,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $289,000.
William and Helen Wilcox, of Hertford, North Carolina, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1206, to Steven and Ann Fick, of DeLand, for $330,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $320,000.
Irina Orlov and Alexander Vorobyov, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit D201, to Gordon and Jean Maskell, of Ontario, for $325,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,167 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $480,000.
EJC Investments Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 378, to John and Carolyn Orlich, of Palm Coast, for $237,500. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 81 Park Place Circle to Barbara Chochev, of Palm Coast, for $221,493. Built in 2016, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,946 square feet.

Carlos and Maria Dias, of Palm Coast, sold 128 Belleaire Drive to Ubaldo and Sandra Chiarelli, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,017 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $145,000.
Island Estates
Elizabeth Greene sold 7 Island Estates Parkway to Robert and Debra Gerace, of Palm Coast, for $860,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,713 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $760,000.
Ocean Hammock
Alan and Teresa Messer, of Roswell, Georgia, sold 9 Atlantic Place to Daniel and Kristin Wise, of Palm Coast, for $499,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,905 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 12 Sedgefield Path S. to Tracy and Jeffrey Marchese, of Palm Coast, for $238,150. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,330 square feet.
