The top selling residence for June 18-24 in Port Orange was a house in Rolling Hills Estate. Tateos, Diane and Isaac Kebabjian, of Whippany, New Jersey, sold 743 Barrows Dairy Road to Brian and Dawn Wheeler, of Port Orange, for $531,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,297 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $491,900.

Holly Robertson, of Port Orange, sold 5150 Pineland Ave. to Kimberly Jones, as trustee, for $$130,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,101 square feet.

Glen and Angela Taylor sold 1121 Millbrook Ave. to Gary and Elva West, of Polk City, for $130,000. Built in 2001, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,105 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $83,000.

John , Robert and David Cheney; Delores de Ronde; and Sandra de Sousa, of Port Orange; sold 5969 Park Ridge Drive to Kim and Susan Richter; and James Pearson, of Port Orange; for $194,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,818 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $88,900.
