The top real estate sales transaction for June 18-24 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea was in Halifax Plantation. Scott Marshall, individually and as trustee, sold 1348 Wicklow Lane to Michael Hitt and Margaret Duerson, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1996, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,174 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Leon and Sylvia Flancher, of Pueblo West, Colorado, sold 39 N. Tymber Creek Road to Ruben Rivera Jr., and Ruben and Celina Rivera, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,792 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $100,900.
Matthew and Elizabeth Corey, of New Zealand, sold 159 Chrysanthemum Drive to Daniel and Meredith Walker, of Ormond Beach, for $209,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,630 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $226,000.
Elizabeth Harris, of Ormond Beach, sold 150 Ellicott Drive to Harpyle Properties Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,250 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $27,880.
Delissa Sabo, of Ormond Beach, sold 768 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Cathryn Goff, as trustee, for $190,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,645 square feet. It sold in 1975 for $45,400.
Alfred Teague, of Gainesville, sold 86 Mayfield Circle to William Smith and Mary Nicoll, of Ormond Beach, for $178,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,622 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $89,000.
Dexter Homes LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 157 Nature Trail to Michael and Tina Phelan, of Ormond Beach, for $169,500. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,642 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $215,000.
Melody Cartwright, of Ormond Beach, sold 55 Windrift Court to Gary Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $156,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,407 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $210,000.
Janet Litz, of Pearson, sold 345 Grove St. to Mackenzie Kohnke, of Ormond Beach, for $124,000. Built in 1963, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,420 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $64,400.
Michael Marcus, of Ormond Beach, sold 203 S. Orchard St., Unit 8D, to Nettie Goolsby, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $138,000.

Ali Babazadeh and Mina Zahedi, of Ormond Beach, sold 21 Tomoka Cove Way to Dennis and Sandra Cvercko, of Ormond Beach, for $449,900. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,326 square feet.
Lawrence and Alvina Butera, of Daytona Beach, sold 9 Silver Lake Way to James Marindino, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,974 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $228,500.
Halifax Plantation
Corey and Olinda Nedeau, of Palm Coast, sold 3937 Cree Drive to Linda Stables, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,813 square feet.
Hunter’s Ridge
Gary and Lorri Almonte, of Flagler County, sold 9 Huntsman Look to Jeremy and Kami Hopkins, of Ormond Beach, for $452,000. Built in 1995, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,948 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $41,900.
Nathanael and Brianne LeVeille sold 56 Abacus Ave. to Lyle and Alexandra Kramper, of Gainesville, for $313,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,694 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $271,500.
Jonathan Charles and Kathryn Whorf, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Hunt Master Court to Dennis and Susan Lee, of Ormond Beach, for $249,900. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,881 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $192,500.
Plantation Bay
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 771 Aldenham Lane to Carolyn Wilkins, of Ormond Beach, for $229,810. Built in 2017, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.
Tomoka Meadows
Nadine Leo, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to David Corfman, of Somerville, Tennessee, for $94,400. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $83,000.
The Trails
Joan Burrell and Heidi Gabriel sold 1 Rollingwood Trail to Kathryn Kimberly and Karen Henderson, of Ormond Beach, for $243,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,878 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $299,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Richard and Janet Heyden sold 4 Sand Dollar Drive to Damian and Victoria Flowers, of Ormond Beach, for $469,900. Built in 1989, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,104 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $400,000.
Robert and Laurie Clay, of Louisville, Kentucky, sold 11 Sea Gull Drive to Alan and Mary Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,486 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $315,000.
Pankaj and Neeta Das, of Washington, New Jersey, sold 3400 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3, to Stephen and Peggy Donovan, of Ormond Beach, for $328,000. Built in 1997, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,797 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $215,000.
Frank Bethany, of Atlanta, and Virginia Rush, of Bunnell, sold 3009 Anchor Drive to John and Brenda Sigler, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1972, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,748 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $35,900.
Elizabeth Young, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Ocean Shore Drive to Diana Brass, of Ormond Beach, for $194,900. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $105,000.
