The top real estate sales transaction for June 25 to July 1 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea was $670,000. Timothy and Kristen Foli, of Lutz, sold 2 Spanish Pine Way to David and Mary Whan, of Ormond Beach. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 3,811 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $485,000.
Ormond Beach
Jeffrey Fuller, of Ormond Beach, sold 102 Sandcastle Drive to Jonathan and Mary Bunch, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,015 square feet. It sold in January for $220,000.
Thomas and Elizabeth Russell, of Daytona Beach, sold 14 Tanglewood Circle to David Remey, as trustee, for $339,900. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,874 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $95,000.
Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Chrysanthemum Drive to Kareema Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 3,197 square feet.
Dalia Vias-Fradera, of Norristown, Pennsylvania, sold 915 Princeton Ave. to Deborah Jordan, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2007 for $240,000.
Bruce and Hollie Morehouse, of Port Orange, sold 107 Tierra Circle to Michelle Kausner, of Ormond Beach, for $204,500. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,450 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $40,700.
Patricia Masse, of Port Orange, sold 5 Sugar Creek Court to Alan Atkinson, of Ormond Beach, for $197,500. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,989 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $123,400.
Kathy Herron, individually and as trustee, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4010, to Jeanne and Paul Vennard, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $118,500.
Mary Rossi, of Ormond Beach, sold 115 Fairwood Circle to Dana Boros and Nelson Torres, of Ormond Beach, for $175,500. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,648 square feet.
Gregory and Mary Carter, of North East, Pennsylvania, sold 41 Laurel Oaks Circle to Bill Raymond and Corinne Raymond-Dorey, of Ontario, for $150,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,479 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $56,350.
Carol Clark, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Woodlands Circle to Red Door Premier Homes LLC, of New Smyrna Beach, for $128,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $52,900.

Mark and Gail Salzburg, of Ormond Beach, sold 71 Shadow Creek Way to John and Julie Ryan, of Ormond Beach, for $610,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,288 square feet.
Halifax Plantation
Peter and Lucille Dilella, of Ormond Beach, sold 4179 Sanora Lane to Harry and Nadine Aves, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for $372,500. Built in 1991, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,787 square feet.
Robert and Patience Bender, of Ormond Beach, sold 1432 Kilrush Drive to Jeffrey and Janice Jacks, of Ormond Beach, for $369,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,438 square feet.
John Trueheart and Linda Stables, of Ormond Beach, sold 1120 Killarney Drive to Stanley and Anita Little, of Ormond Beach, for $318,000. Built in 2000, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,159 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $276,800.
Hunter’s Ridge
James and Jasmin Allen sold 23 Abacus Ave. to Michael and Pamela Jeffcoat, of Ormond Beach, for $282,500. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,694 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $248,400.
Plantation Bay
Matthew and Marilyn Horween, individually and as trustees, sold 1307 Redbourne Lane to Terry and Lesa Lewis, of Advance, North Carolina, for $532,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,309 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $680,000.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 584 Aldenham Lane to Guilliano and Guilenne Janvier, of Ormond Beach, for $323,693. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,979 square feet.
Edward and Joan Earls, of Ormond Beach, sold 1234 Hampstead Lane to Mary Jo Kolfenbach, of Ormond Beach, for $277,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,417 square feet.
Raymond Moncelsi, of Ormond Beach, sold 914 Woodstream Lane to Carolyn McKenzie, of Montgomery Village, Maryland, for $240,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,956 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $181,000.

Allen Grant, of Palm Coast, sold 11 River Ridge Trail to Andrew Giaconi and Heather Crawford, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,787 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $193,000.
Kelly Robinson, of Daytona Beach, sold 6 Tomahawk Trail to Debra Metzger, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,485 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $145,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Michael and Patricia Ignasiak, of Daytona Beach, sold 33 Capistrano Drive to Harold Becker, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,486 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $142,000.
Paul DeWitt, individually and as trustee, sold 22 Surfside Drive to Jeffrey Fuller, of Ormond Beach, for $242,600. Built in 1969, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,276 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $54,000.
Pamela Tierney, Marcia Thompson, Edward Hall, Valerie Hall and others sold 167 Laurie Drive to Walter and Mary Morrow, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 824 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $58,900.
