The top selling residence for June 25 to July 1 in Port Orange features a swimming pool. Martin and Michael Gagliardi, and Shaun Sutton, of Port Orange, sold 2745 Autumn Leaves Drive to Robert Work, of Port Orange, for $600,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,978 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $354,784.

Richard and Joanne Martin, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, sold 2047 Cornell Place, Unit 24, to Costas Sivyllis, of Port Orange, for $155,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,171 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $169,000.
Linda Briscall, of Daytona Beach, sold 1601 Big Tree Road, Unit 1104, to Maria Sarac, of Daytona Beach, for $79,000. Built in 1995, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 864 square feet. It sold in March for $68,500.

Pasquale and Jennie Mumola, of Lithia, sold 790 Ashton Lakes Blvd. to Mandar Kulkarni and Kshitija Deshpande, of Port Orange, for $220,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,480 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $138,105.

Aaron and Angela Pendleton, of Monument, Colorado, sold 1965 Yellowfin Drive to Delia Callender, of Port Orange, for $159,900. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,405 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $132,600.

Matthew Murphy, of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, sold 743 Indian Hills Drive to Lydia Maxwell, of Port Orange, for $83,500. Built in 1982, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 868 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $55,500.

Jamie and Kristin King sold 3816 Calliope Ave. to Samuel Haughton and Brooke Koontz, of Port Orange, for $270,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,254 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $297,200.

Michael David, of Muskegon, Michigan, sold 5430 Canna Court to Ilona Szabo, of Port Orange, for $225,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,599 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $321,200.

Jessica Robinson sold 5969 Shady Creek Lane to Diana Cooper, of Port Orange, for $300,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,938 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $269,000.

Douglas and Louise Booth, of Orlando, sold 6163 Shoreline Drive to Robert and Kristina Carroll, of Port Orange, for $413,000. Built in 1984, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,448 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $225,000.

D. Maier Holdings Inc. sold 2911 Cypress Ridge Trail to Jacqueline and William Murrison, of Port Orange, for $407,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,350 square feet. It sold in January for $315,000.

Carynn Kuehn, individually and as trustee, sold 103 Dusk Meadow Trail to Alfred and Barbara Zwiebel, of Port Orange, for $166,000. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,364 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $87,300.

Ilona Szabo, of Port Orange, sold 5775 Stewart Ave. to Leszek and Malgorzata Ptak, of Mahopac, New York, for $355,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,997 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $290,000.
