The top seller for the week of June 22-28 is located in the Tidelands neighborhood. Thomas Anderson, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Longview Way N. to Thomas Allen Jr. and Ingrid Verstraeten, of Palm Coast, for $869,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,711 square feet.
Condos
Alan and Margie Travis, of Atlanta, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 705, to Cynthia and Jeffrey Paul, of Palm Coast, for $712,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,110 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $935,000.
FlatD LLC sold 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 725, to Jennifer and Wesley Zwirn, of Athens, Georgia, for $447,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2.003 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $519,900.
Rose Smith, of Negley, Ohio, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1503, to Nancy Yule, of Palm Coast, for $345,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $240,000.
Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, individually and as trustees, sold 40 Landings Lane, Unit 40, to Henry and Anna Lohle, of Ormond Beach, for $199,500. Built in 1989, the condo has 1,939 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $148,000.

Kirkwood and Teresa McMinn, of Aiken, South Carolina, sold 53 Sea Trail to Kristen Yakovich, of Palm Coast, for $226,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,039 square feet. It sold in March for $222,000.
