A John Anderson Drive house was the top real estate sales transaction for April 30 to May 6 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Suzanne Kraski, of Ormond Beach, sold 230 John Anderson Drive to Patrick and Imelda Mangonon, of Ormond Beach, for $1,200,000. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 4,500 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $1,600,000.
Ormond Beach
Donna Sheridan, individually and as trustee, sold 440 Pine Bluff Trail to Daniel Hohler, of Ormond Beach, for $700,000. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, a barn and 2,722 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $300,100.
J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. sold 192 S. Beach St. to Mohammadreza Minouei, of Ormond Beach, for $357,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,176 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $535,000.
Amanda and Robert Sabin, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Riverwood Drive to Kimberlee Voges, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,521 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $155,000.
Lykole Properties LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 204 Fairway Drive to Patrick and Chrysten Shea, of Ormond Beach, for $233,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,394 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $195,000.
Thomas and Linda Budreika sold 31 Reflections Village Drive to Eddie and Janet Boggs, of Ormond Beach, for $187,000. Built in 1997, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $116,748

Michael and Amy Turner, individually and as trustees, sold 7 Little Tomoka Way to Gerard and Kathleen Mikulski, of Severna Park, Maryland, for $444,000. Built in 2014, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,413 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $424,800.

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 204 Chelsea Place Ave. to Michael and Amy Turner, as trustees, for $382,154. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,402 square feet.

Charles Stewart Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 215 Forest Hill Blvd. to Dana Lyon, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $131,000.

KB Home Jacksonville LLC sold 134 Pergola Place to Sandi Lowe, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,674 square feet.

C. Robert and Anne Brockley, of Lititz, Pennsylvania, sold 1333 Sunningdale Lane to DJ Properties of
Ormond Beach LLC, for $277,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,179 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $230,000.
Prestwick of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 786 Aldenham Lane to Leonce Hampton Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 2017, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.
Spring Meadows
Shlomo and Vered Fedida, of Ormond Beach, sold 44 Spring Meadows Drive to Alexander Craig and Alyssa Alvarez, of Ormond Beach, for $299,900. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,445 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $175,900.

Regina Malkasian, of Ormond Beach, sold 57 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Julie Kuhlman, of Ormond Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $60,000.

Timothy Conroy, Mouth of Wilson, Virginia, sold 217 Melrose Ave. to Kevin Ottem, of Ormond Beach, for $209,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a swimming pool and 1,227 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $116,900.

Leslie and Carol Johnson, of Port Charlotte, sold 4 Dunes Circle to Christopher and Nicolette Bie, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,680 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $172,000.
David Castagnacci and Terrence Sadler, of Daytona Beach, sold 149 Avalon Drive to Stephen Booker, of Altamonte Springs, for $238,500. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,568 square feet.
Thomas and Sally Cook, of McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, sold 25 Sunny Beach Drive to Mark and Jean Abeling, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1963, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,937 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $143,500.
Hubert Forner and Meredith Price, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Beechwood Drive to Ralph and Margie Cummins, of Shelbyville, Michigan, for $177,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 775 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $19,500.
