The top seller for the week of April 27 to May 3 was a house on the Intracoastal Waterway. Liudmila Chizh, of Vancouver, British Columbia, sold 90 Island Estates Parkway to Peter and Stachia Burger, of Manhasset, New York, for $1,055,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,844 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $1,500,000.
Condos
Asitha and Amila Perera, of Orange Park, sold 200 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 224, to Florence Latterner and Katherine Elsbree, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 1977, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $342,000.
Mark and Susan DeBellis, of Eustis, sold 90 San Juan Drive, Unit B104, to Tara Blade and Judi Rogers, of Morganton, Georgia, for $185,850. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,463 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $185,000.
John Ryan III, John Ryan IV and Theresa Mulvey sold 75 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1632, to Gregory and Dreana Briggle, of Palm Coast, for $178,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $437,000.
Lawrence and Teresa Katz, of Boca Raton, sold 25 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1213, to James Riedel and Mary Angiuli, of Tuckahoe, New York, for $175,000. Built in 2004, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $288,400.

Earnie and Kathleen Waters, of Lanexa, Virginia, sold 10 Ebb Tide Drive to John and Deanna Bell, of Palm Coast, for $267,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,176 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $246,599.
Grand Haven
George and Janice Jacob, of Riverview, sold 4 Eastlake Drive to Kevin and Laura Foley, of Palm Coast, for $382,500. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,853 square feet.
Elisam Properties LLC, of Longwood, sold 5 Grandview Drive to Robert and Larraine Barriero, of Palm Coast, for $344,900. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,398 square feet.
Glenn and Jane Rousseau, of Massachusetts, sold 17 Waterside Parkway to Robert and Kathleen Farrell, of Palm Coast, for $286,648. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,146 square feet.
Edward Osipyants, of Southfield, Michigan, sold 43 South Lake Drive to Laurie Haieh-Lei, of Poughkeepsie, New York, for $285,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,075 square feet.

Salvatore and Jacqueline Butera, of Palm Coast, sold 17 San Gabriel Lane to James and Nancy McDaniel, of Palm Coast, for $900,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,721 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $981,000.
Andreas and Kathryn Guerke, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 16 Madeira Court to John and Linda Wilhide, as trustees, for $490,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,851 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $345,000.

Anthony and Kristin Martino, individually and as trustees, sold 151 Bird of Paradise Drive to Edward and Danielle Thompson, of Palm Coast, for $193,125. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,255 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $150,400.
Lehigh Woods
Boris Navon and Anzhelika Aronova, of Forest Hills, New York, sold 8 Round Mill Lane to Jorge and Rebeca Andrade, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,539 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $302,300.
Michael and April Kelly, of Palm Coast, sold 24 Rolling Fern Drive to Nicholas and Katelyn Butters, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,363 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $230,200.
Michael and Rebecca Long, of Seattle, sold 13 Ryapple Lane to Mark and Elizabeth Strack, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,723 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $160,000.

Richard and Patricia Wilson, individually and as trustees, sold 221 Ocean Palm Drive to Theodore Hatem, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,547 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $70,000.
Palm Harbor
Angela Conner, of Palm Coast, sold 129 Cimmaron Drive to Paul and Mary Macomber, of Palm Coast, for $505,000. Built in 1991, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a swimming pool, boat house, boat dock and 2,918 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $590,000.
Michael and Jana La Porte, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Corona Court to Dennis and Kathleen Baumgartel, of Palm Coast, for $318,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 1,586 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $565,000.
David Puckett, of Marietta, Georgia, sold 24 Flat Rock Lane to Carlos and Angelina Fornelos, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,276 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $125,000.
Geraldine Sprowl, of Palm Coast, sold 56 Farragut Drive to Lori Bosiacki, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,538 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $62,000.
Pine Grove
William Nicolo, of St. Augustine, sold 31 Pine Brook Drive to Julius and Velinda Roman, of Palm Coast, for $219,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,218 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $258,900.
Kevin and Kalyn Wood, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 34 Persimmon Drive to Jeriann Rhymer, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,716 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $140,000.

Louis and Madeline Woodlief, of Davie, sold 7 Westbriar Place to Donna Codd and Michael Torres, of Hesperus, Colorado, for $184,500. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,767 square feet.
Plantation Bay
Beverly Wiseman, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Magnolia Drive N. to Roland Roth, of Ormond Beach, for $385,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,490 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $300,000.
The Reserve
5 Hummingbird Circle LLC, of Santa Rosa, California, sold 5 Hummingbird Circle to Jose and Omayra Calderon, of Bunnell, for $572,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths. a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,654 square feet.
