Supermarket and a Margaritaville restaurant planned for entrance of Latitude Margaritaville

The retail space is planned for the entrance of the new community.

A supermarket, festive retail tenants and one of Margaritaville's signature restaurant concepts is currently being planned for the entrance of the upcoming Latitude Margaritaville community on LPGA Boulevard. 

Sutton Properties, Inc. recently announced the new project with Margaritaville Holdings and Minto Communities, for the 55-and-up community coming to Daytona Beach. 

Latitude Margaritaville is currently under construction, with 3,000 residences, and a future proposed expansion of up to 7,000 homes. Sutton Properties is pre-leasing a total of 200,000 square feet of retail space at the entrance to Latitude Margaritaville on LPGA Boulevard, just west of Interstate 95.
