Medical office building proposed on West Granada Boulevard

Urgent Care Developers are holding a neighborhood meeting June 21.

Urgent Care Developers of Ormond Beach are hoping to construct a medical office building at 1245 W. Granada Blvd. 

According to a press release from Urgent Care, the development will be a single story 5,285 square-foot building with paved drives, concrete sidewalks, and a stormwater system. 

A neighborhood meeting is being held in the sanctuary of the Church of the Holy Child, 1225 W. Granada Blvd., from 6 to 7 p.m. June 21. Residents will be able to ask questions and provide input.
