A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea on the Halifax River was the top real estate sales transaction for May 7-13 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Gertrudes Garcia, individually and as trustee, sold 3735 John Anderson Drive to Steven and Teresa Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $655,900. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,470 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $395,000.
Ormond Beach
Kenneth Ekland, as personal representative, sold 229 Benjamin Drive to Pamela Nooner, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $190,000. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,374 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $39,000.
Richard and Pauline Heller, of Ormond Beach, sold 347 Hickory Hill Place to Daniel Andrzejewski, of Naperville, Illinois, for $157,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,796 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $112,000.
Don Atlas sold 1750 Carolina Ave. to Bernd Steinmetz, of Ormond Beach, for $132,500. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $150,000.
Anthony and Mary Lombardo, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Tomoka Ave., Unit 206, to Alice and David Czolba, of Ormond Beach, for $103,500. Built in 1985, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 829 square feet.
Steven, Scott and Samuel Love, of Traverse City, Michigan, sold 203 S. Orchard St., Unit 6A, to JoAnn Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $56,200.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 3160, to Miguel and Catalina Toala, of Ormond Beach, for $85,000. Built in 1976, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 932 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $79,500.
Breakaway Trails
Judith Samuels sold 175 Deep Woods Way to Joshua and Lauren Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $366,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,959 square feet.
Chelsea Place
CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 212 Chelsea Place Ave. to Bernard Kanter, as trustee, for $327,216. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,979 square feet.
Dawn Johnson, individually and as trustee, sold 421 Chelsea Place to Byron and Fern Robbins, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,552 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $435,300.
Halifax Plantation
Kim Patterson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1305 Killbricken Circle to Thomas Ayo, of Ormond Beach, for $383,950. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,694 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $381,000.
Regions Bank, of Hoover, Alabama, sold 4011 Calusa Lane to Shaun and Katie Thiell, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,610 square feet.
Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3101 Bailey Ann Drive to Joseph Nicolosi, of Ormond Beach, for $242,075. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet.
Hunter’s Ridge
Jane Storms, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Canterbury Woods to Christopher and Cheryl Brugna, of Ormond Beach, for $247,500. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,106 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $170,000.
Plantation Bay
John Sappet, of Ormond Beach, sold 1201 Sunningdale Lane to Brad and Margaret Dougherty, of Ormond Beach, for $287,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,172 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $175,500.
Prestwick of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 784 Aldenham Lane to Geraldine Westfall, of Ormond Beach, for $241,495. Built in 2016, the villa has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,078 square feet.
The Trails
John Chewning, of Enterprise, Alabama, sold 15 Twelve Oaks Trail to William and Alice Hart, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1983, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,314 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $428,500.
Kelly Brooks, of Daytona Beach, sold 5 Autumnwood Trail to James and Catherine Peterman, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $174,000.
Tomoka Oaks
Sanjokta Gupta, of Ormond Beach, sold 35 Pine Valley Circle to Matthew and Valerie Hall, of Ormond Beach, for $278,000. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,885 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $75,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Frank and Laurie Barone, of Yorktown Heights, New York, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 6-B-2, to Ronald and Kay Kummerow, as trustees, for $406,400. Built in 1984, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,853 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $275,000.
Jean Paul Montoya and Annamaria Wilhelm, of Jacksonville, sold 2294 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4050, to Donald and Susan Burdett, of Newnan, Georgia, for $203,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $330,000.
Gerald Horton sold 57 Seaview Drive to David Scott, as trustee, for $177,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $140,000.
Kirk and Craig Smith, of Santa Clarita, California, sold 73 River Drive to Richard and Janet Nedescu, of Ormond Beach, for $135,900. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,024 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $45,900.
