The top seller for the week of May 4-10 is located in the Palm Harbor neighborhood. Paul Hebert, individually and as trustee, sold 32 Old Oak Drive S. to Jeffrey Price, as trustee, for $965,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 4,364 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $875,000.

Robert Kiehl, individually and as trustee, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 105, to Paul Sowell and Candy Alderman, of Palm Coast, for $555,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,977 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $424,500.
TMK and C Capital LLC, of Greensboro, Georgia, sold 700 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 624, to James and Vicki Bowen, of Tavares, for $413,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $493,900.
WSM Holdings LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 35 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 1121, to Paul and Michelle Baertschi, of Rockford, Illinois, for $245,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $600,000.
