Man pleads not guilty in killing of son
Bobby Earl Gore, 74, plead not guilty at his arraignment June 12 on a charge of first degree murder with a firearm in the shooting death of his son. A pretrial hearing is set for 9 a.m. August 8 in Flagler County. He is being held in Flagler County Jail.
Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a shooting at 1002 S. Daytona Ave., Flagler Beach, on April 30. They found Gore’s son, Lucas Gore, 31, dead.
Bobby Gore was found inside with a firearm and was arrested. His wife, Bonnie Jean Gore, told police that he shot his son, according to police.
Woman to face trial in death of husband
A plea of not guilty has been entered by Dorothy Calista Singer, 52. She is charged with first degree murder with a firearm in the death of her husband, Charles William “Chuck” Singer. A pretrial hearing will be held at 9 a.m. on August 8 in Flagler County.
Charles Singer was found dead in his backyard in western Flagler County under an overturned jon boat April 7 after being reported missing. He had been shot four times in the head and once in the chest with a small caliber weapon, police said.
Dorothy Singer was arrested May 9 on State Road A1A just north of the Flagler County line. Police say she was attempting to flee.
She is currently being held in Flagler County Jail.
Trial date set for accused molester
Bryan Patrick Loveland, 37, plead not guilty to lewd or lascivious conduct and lewd or lascivious battery at his arraignment June 12. A pretrial hearing is set for 9 a.m. on July 11.
He was charged with molesting a 12-year-old Palm Coast girl last December.
